Abstract

Dispositif visant à améliorer la sécurité d'enclenchement des organes de blocage de la tourelle. Le porte-tourelle se compose de la plaque de base 2 et de la colonne creuse 1, celle-ci contenant le moteur d'entraînement 3. L'arbre moteur 4 entraîne la pièce intermédiaire 10 à l'aide du train d'engrenages 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. La pièce 10, arrêtée par les écrous 12, est fixe dans le sens axiaL Elle tourne sur le tourillon 13 et la colonne 1. La tourelle 14 peut tourner autour de la colonne 1 et se déplacer axialement. Elle est bloquée quand sa denture plate 15 s'encastre dans la denture plate 16 de la plaque de base 2. L'anneau de base 17, solidaire de la tourelle 14, transmet à la pièce 10 la pression de serrage de la tourelle 14 dans la denture 15, 16. Les ressorts 18 poussent la tourelle 14 vers le haut L'anneau 20 peut tourner par rapport à la pièce 10. Une série de dents et d'entredents 42/44 permet de bloquer la tourelle 14 dans la position voulue.
