Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation dune électrode mince, à poids faible pour piles à combustible Selon la présente invention une suspension aqueuse uniforme d'un catalyseur particulaire et d'un polymère hydrophobe, particulaire est formée, le pH de la suspension étant ajusté à une valeur entre 1,5 et 6, respectivement 10 à 12 afin d'avoir une flocculation et la flocculation est appliquée sur un support conducteur afin de former une couche de catalyseur/polymère, qui est par la suite frittée, sur ce support conducteur. Par le procédé de l'invention la dispersion de catalyseur sur l'électrode peut être contrôlée et des électrodes ayant une performance améliorée ainsi qu'une meilleure durabilité sont obtenues.
