Abstract

a. Procédé pour appliquer une composition précurseur sur une pièce à travailler ferreuse. b. Il comprend le préchauffage de la pièce à travailler à une première température présélectionnée pour recouvrir la pièce avec une composition comprenant de l'oxyde de bore, du borate de métal alcalin et un plastique thermodurcissable, puis ultérieurement le chauffage de la pièce à une deuxième température présélectionnée, ce qui permet de transformer la composition de revêtement protecteur en un revêtement lubrifiant. c. Le revêtement lubrifiant permet de réduire l'éraflement de la pièce et l'usure de la matrice.
