Abstract
PURPOSE:To polish an extrudate when forming by establishing a metal outlet with better heat conductivity than an extruder head material at the outlet side of a hole of the extruder head. CONSTITUTION:At an outlet side of the hole 2 of the steel extruder head 1 which has the hole 2 and a heater 4 at the periphery, an outlet 3 made of a metal such as copper and copper alloy with better heat conductivity than steel is welded and connected. Because in the above extruder head the outlet 3 is heated most effectively by the heater 4 and its inside wall has higher temperature than other sections, an extruder is over-heated when passing the outlet 3 and a luster is furnished.
