Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de compostage industriel de matières organiques fermentescibles. Il est remarquable par le fait qu'on malaxe d'abord les matières et qu'on les compacte ensuite avant de les soumettre à la fermentation. Le procédé de l'invention est particulièrement bien adapté pour le traitement des ordures ménagères.
