Abstract

Procédé de réalisation d'un corps poreux à grande surface utile. Il consiste à déposer à la surface des fils de verre un revêtement de matiere céramique susceptible d'être cuite et à cuire le revêtement de manière à former une enveloppe solide, la température de cuisson étant dans la plage de la température de fusion des fils de verre de manière que ceux-ci se lient à leurs lieux de contact, alors que l'enveloppe assume la fonction d'un squelette constituant une structure porteuse pendant cette fusion. Application à la réalisation d'éléments de garnissage pour colonnes d'échange de matières et de chaleur.
