L'invention concerne un manchon d'entraînement d'outil pour une pièce coudée, un élément saillant distinct étant engagé dans un évidement dudit manchon L'évidement traverse la paroi du manchon 6 d'entraînement de l'outil et comporte exclusivement des surfaces planes, l'élément saillant qui y est logé comportant des surfaces planes correspondant aux surfaces planes de l'évidement, les surfaces planes de l'évidement s'appuyant contre les surfaces planes de l'élément saillant L'invention est utilisable notamment pour une pièce coudée de dentisterie.
