Cet accessoire 1 comprend un support porte-lame 2, des moyens 4, 10, 11 de fixation de ce support 2 sur un outil de perçage ou d'alésage 5, 6 : mèche, fraise, foret ou similaires, et au moins une lame de chanfreinage 7 maintenue amoviblement dans une rainure 9 du support 2 par des moyens 12, 13, 14, selon une orientation permettant à son arête de coupe de pratiquer un chanfrein dans la pièce à usiner, en fin de course de l'outil 5, 6 par rapport à cette pièce. Il trouve une application intéressante pour la pratique d'un chanfrein de finition ou d'ébarbage de pièces percées ou alésées.
