Abstract

The inlet union (26) and return union (28) are connected to a T junction pipe (46). The junction pipe is symmetrical so that either end of the cross of the T can be connected to the return union (54) from the heat exchanger (10) or to the bypass control limiter (56). The upright (44) of the T junction passes via the regulator valve (30) to the heat exchanger inlet pipe union (32). An adjustable union (42) allows the spacing between the inlet and outlet pipe unions to be set to match the spacing of the pipes (34, 52) on the heat exchanger.
