Abstract

The ring is pref. formed from a lamella of thin synthetic plastic material, at the ends of which are slots for mutual engagement of the ends to close the ring which has a circular section. In the surface of the ring are perforations to facilitate drainage. The cheese is produced by pouring it into the vessel mounted on a plate. After drainage, a pot with a depth equal to the height of the vessel is placed over the vessel, the whole assembly is turned upside down, and the pot is covered with a lid to finish treatment.
