Abstract

The cheese display and cutting device has a circular base with a cylindrical cover including a radial cutting blade. The base may have a stepped periphery so that the cover is automatically centred. The base pref. also has a raised control portion corresponding to the internal section of the crown of the cheese, the blade extending only to the periphery of the raised section. A locking piece may be provided on the cover in a position diametrically opposed to the cutting blade. The cover may have a handle on its upper surface.
