Abstract

The electric oven has an insulated jacket and a heating element (2) at the top and another one (3) at the bottom. A recess (1) at the rear forms a chamber to house the blades of a fan (7) to circulate the hot air around the chamber. Alternatively a rotary spit can be installed instead of the fan. The rear of the housing has an opening for the drive spindle of either fitting and a motor (8) can be attached to the outside. A switch (4) is mounted above the front and this is connected by wiring (5) to the rear of the housing for a junction block (54) for the power supply for the motor.
