Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate processing, assembly, wiring and the like, by collectively placing a choke sensor, a water temperature sensor and an electric fan thermoswitch in prescribed positions in prescribed sequence on the outlet housing of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A choke sensor 15, a water temperature sensor 17 and an electric fan thermoswitch 20 are collectively placed in prescribed positions in prescribed order sequence on the outlet housing 4 of an engine 2 of bottom-by-pass thermostat type. As a result, the temperature response of the sensors and the like is improved to keep the engine 2 at the optimal temperature to heighten its fuel efficiency. Since the fitting openings for the sensors 15, 17 are located in a straight line, processing, assembly and wiring are simplified.
