Abstract

The prefabricated partition panel assembly system uses a T-section head (4) on each vertical edge, covered with metal cladding (5) on each side of the partition, the two cladding pieces having no contact with each other. Each has a series of perforations at intervals for the entire panel height, and vertical joint covers (10) are provided, each with a rear metal reinforcing component. This has lugs (13) at intervals along its edges, engaging in the perforations. The T-shaped head can have external cladding of material such as silicate, swelling with a rise in temperature, and coming into contact with mineral wool padding in the space between the panel heads and the joint covers, where the panels join.
