Abstract

The procedure is for feeding successive stacked thin objects, preferably transparency frames or components to a working station for assembly. The transparencies are automatically inserted in the frames. The lowest frame is removed from the stack by tensioning the whole stack and forming a space between the lowest object and the stack. The separated object is then transferred on a feeding track and subsequently moved by a conveyor to the work station. Successive slides are removed by a roller (2) with an axial groove (5) which engages the slide edge. Below the roller (2) is positioned a guide track from which projecting the conveying stub (8).
