Abstract

The folding caravan collapses onto a twin wheeled trailer. Each of the four walls (12, 13, 14, 15) are hinged about the waistline of the caravan and fold inwards, witt a one piece roof (7) sitting on top. The caravan is erected by raising the upper hinging sections of the walls into the vertical position. Unfolding feet (9) rigidify the base of the caravan and a canvas extension (21) extends from the end of the van adjacent to the towing bracket and is supported by an extending leg resting on the towing bracket.
