Abstract

The extending camping trailer has a rigid cover (2) hinged at one end to fold outwards and form one side of the floor extension. The other side of the trailer is extended by a pull-out section (3) of the trailer so that the tent can be erected from the folded position on a series of hinged support hoops. The trailer rapidly erects into a large area tent without any additional fittings. The hoops do not require fitting but are simply pulled upwards like a canopy.
