Abstract

The instrument comprises stores and display units for measurement results, a source supplying the resistor, and a circuit measuring voltage between its terminals for at least two value of current. A constant current source (1) supplies the resistor to be measured (R), and an amplifier (8) amplifier the terminal voltage and applies it to an A-D convertor followed by a processing logic network. The latter is connected to an evaluation circuit, and also through a D-A convertor (16) and a switch (13) to the amplifier (8).
