Abstract

Each metal support-upright is T-shaped, with the bottom end fixed in concrete poured into a cavity in the ground. The two support uprights are joined together by horizontal steel wires or cables forming a vertical sheet. The wires have loops looped over each upright so that two vertical wire sheets are formed. A perforated metal sheet is hooked onto each sheet. Each perforated metal sheet is bent at right angles round each T-shaped support upright so as to form shuttering for a mortar pillar. The metal reinforcement of the pillar is formed by the T-shaped upright. The shuttering of the pillar is formed by two perforated metal-sheet sides at right angles to the crossbar of the T. Between two support uprights are one or more secondary uprights fixed at the bottom in a reinforced concrete girder.
