Abstract

A pull-up blind comprises strips or lamellae connected together by spacers and guided vertically by guide pivots (2) at the ends, and a fixed stop which defines the lowermost end position of the lamellae is associated with the bottom strip (1). A swivel member coupled to the pivot of the bottom strip, forming part of the displacement mechanism for swivelling the strips can be moved by the entrainment member (7) which is fixed to the draw member (6) and also forms part of the adjustment mechanism vertically from the uppermost raised position to the bottom lowered position of the bottom strip. The swivel member can also be moved during a subsequent displacement with a corresponding swivel movement of the strips with a horizontal component. The strips can be swivelled without moving vertically and the spacers between the strips can be formed as parallel guide members so that swivelling the bottom strip causes all the other strips to swivel.
