Abstract
The anti-holdup chamber is provided with two electrically -operated doors which prevents any armed individual passing through into the area to be protected. The two doors are linked in such a way thay they cannot be opened simultaneously. The chamber is equipped with an automatic electronic weapon-detector and when the detector is activated, the internal door locks automatically and an alarm rings. The door can then only be unlocked from inside the area being protected. Both the chamber and the doors should preferably be made of unbreakable glass.
