Abstract

The refrigerator has a freezing compartment housed immediately under the top, towards the rear, with a one piece evaporator which is inverted L shape, seen in end elevation, with the upper horizontal leg forming the top of the freezer compartment, and the upper part of the vertical leg forming the rear of this compartment, and the lower part suspended below the freezer compartment, acting as the evaporator for the main refrigerating compartment. This vertical leg includes a joint which is level with the bottom of the freezer compartment. At this region, is a strap, forming a bridge between the upper and lower parts of the evaporator panel portions, with two bent horizontal strips which can be attached to the rear wall of the refrigerator.
