Abstract

The optical system is for the generation of a number of images of the same size of a single object on a common plane or for generation in the same position of superposed images of a number of objects in a common plane. It comprises a lens system (2) producing an image, and at least two beam splitters, each with two reflecting elements (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) with the lens system axis (2a) between. Their reflecting surfaces are parallel to each other, with equal spacing between them in the two beam splitting systems. The angle between the first reflecting element of the first splitting system and the lens optical axis is equal to the corresponding angle in the second splitting system.
