Abstract
The heat recuperator which has a number of adjacent plates which ensure counterflow of hot and cold air, is readily connected to the ducts or air conditioning or ventilating systems. The recuperator has a number of parallel plates arranged in pairs at their air inlet and outlet ends. Each plate is provided at its mid height at the inlet and outlet end with two longitudinal gaps which form four edges per side. The upper edges are connected with the corresponding upper edges of the two adjacent plates in pairs and the lower edges are connected with the corresponding lower edges of the two adjacent plates. Each air passage is closed above and below by plates or adhesive strips. The lower plates are provided through perforations for draining of condensate.
