Abstract

The system comprises a frame made in angle iron, fixed to the stakes by nails. The frames are provided with hooks a and support galvanised wires the length of the rows. When the frames and wires are in place a white plastic sheet 80 microns thick is draped over the wires. The sheet is secured to the wires by means of cords attached to eyelets fixed to the sheets. When the system is used for a nursery, the frames are longer and are driven into the soil.
