Abstract

The stapler and punch has a staple driver and anvil (1) at the free lever end, and an operating lever mounted punch (17) between lever extremities. A common hinge for the lever, base (2) and staple magazine (4) is in the plane of contact between the punching (9) and the staple magazine with the punch (17) extending from the magazine surface. A slide (40) is mobile between two stations, one station permitting the lever (6) to displace w.r.t. the magazine (4) and eject or drive staples and the second station locking lever movement w.r.t magazine and thus only permitting punching.
