Abstract

The device is of the type in which a pivoting handle (2, 3) serves to tension a surrounding strip (6, 7). The ends of the strip are passed through slots, the free ends lying between the strip and the container. One free end at least is only loosely attached (10) so that during initial use a relative movement of the parts of the strip can occur. This serves to release the load if it becomes too high.
