Abstract

The corner guide is used for window frames with channels for locking rods. These channels are arranged on the narrow edge faces of the frame. The corner guide housing is made in separate sections which facilitates their fitting. The channels and corner guide housing are covered and the corner guide housing consists of a straight section with a channel for the flexible corner guide. This housing is the form of a block is held on the window frame by bolts. This block also has a lug with a tapped hole for connecting this section to the curved part of the housing which is integral with the other straight section. The second section has tapped holes for screws holding a hinge bracket. Both straight housing sections are held in T-slots of the frame profile by side ribs.
