Abstract

A cushion comprising an outer skin enclosing a foam which is bonded to the skin at selected zones is produced by applying the skin forming sheet against a mould surface by suction, masking the zones of the sheet where bonding to the foam is reqd. using e.g. adhesive tapes, coating the sheet with a mould release agent, removing the masking matl., casting the foamable compsn. pref. a polyurethane into the mould which is then closed and foaming the compsn.
