Abstract

Uprights (9) are rectangular in cross section, the inward facing side being left open. On the inner surface of each front and rear end (7, 8) is fixed a profiled strip having a series of steps (5, 6) on its face. Each horizontal bearer (11) has welded between its two vertical faces at each end the support legs (10) of an adaptor piece. This piece has a short neck (4), clearing the inner flanges of the uprights, and an elongated block or formed section long enough to span the distance between the inner upright strips and seat on the steps (2, 5, 3, 6). Horizontal (12) and oblique (13) spacers connect uprights (9, 9a) together.
