Abstract

Production method for writing or marking fibre leads or refills where the fibre lead raw product is twisted on a needle or spinning machine and is then impregnated in an adhesive solution. The fibre lead is polymerised and dried before being cut to size and sharpened. The initial material used is in the form of individual sections of fibre of final length. The fibres are received in fleece like structure and are placed into an almost parallel position by carding or scraping with subsequent intersecting, followed by combing with subsequent intersecting and finally by twisting to line them up.
