Abstract

Timber-based concrete framework sheets have at least their two parallel surfaces bonded to layers of fibre-reinforced cured thermoset resin, those layers being a few tenths to a few millimeters thick, hot pressed on to the core and having a high gloss. The sheets are rigid, take nails, can be sawn and drilled, need no edge protection or facing concrete, have long life and dispense with expensive timber matl.
