Abstract

The base (1) is made of concrete poured onto the ground which is not previously levelled. The floor (2) is reinforced with two sheets of metal mesh, and is made of high-strength concrete cast on top of the base (1) with lengthwise girders (3) reinforced with metal bars. The floor is coated with a continuous layer (5) of damp-and heat-proof material, such as bitumenised felt. A reinforced concrete sheet is cast on top of the floor (2). The prefabricated walls (8) are formed of a reinforced concrete wall (9) with water-tight external cladding, and heat-and sound-proof internal surface such as polyurethane which is then covered by laminated plaster sheeting (11).
