Abstract

The built in underwater search light has a lamp unit consisting of a reflector, a lamp and a searchlight glass with connecting clamps at the rear for the attachment of a cable and a search light housing adjoining the rear of the reflector through a seal and a holding fitment fitted to the light unit circumference. The holding fitment has a connection with the searchlight housing so that it is detachable from the lamp unit. A swivel bearing is fitted at two diametrically opposite points within the area of the greatest diameter of the lamp unit between the holding fitment and the pot-shaped built-in construction unit.
