Abstract
Transducers are mounted on an X-Y table (8) and are placed above an object to be tested. The group of transducers can be moved by means of the slide bearings (3) on rails (2). A central crown (7) carries a transducer (9) used to verify the state of the mirror on which the workpiece rests. Two rings (10, 11) on the crown carry arms (12, 13) on which the transmitters (14, 15) are mounted and allow them to be inclined. Two other arms (16, 17) carry a tracking receiver (21) surrounded by a group of receivers. The central transducer is placed over a located fault whose position is determined from beam incident angles.
