Abstract

The valve is formed from two short telescopic tubes which are joined together by a bayonet connection and attached to the hoise pipe. The inner tube has an annular outlet closed by a spring loaded valve plunger, a circumferential groove containing a valve ring. The outer tube has a push rod which cooperates with the valve plunger. The space between the ends of the tubes is sealed by an elastic ring of natural or synthetic rubber which has non-uniform internal diameter and helps to form an efficient outlet flow. The outlet of the outer tube is connected to a nozzle.
