Abstract

This skiing shoe produced rapidly and in large quantities and using a minimum amount of material, has an almost rectangular sole with side ribs and the longitudinal central rib. The toe part of the sole is a flat platform with gripping serrations. The instep part does not have ribs. The heel consits of concentric circles with tangentially projecting ribs along the side of the sole. The shoe sole is lined inside with foam plastics which conforms to the shape of the user's sole. The internal sole toe part and heel part each has a depression which is filled with foam plastics.
