Abstract

The seal is made of plastic or rubber material. The seal face is a flat piece of rubber or plastic having a hardness of the order of 70-80 shore. The seat is fixed to the door frame. The other part of the seal is a double lip seal, it has a shore hardness of 38-40 and is shaped into two hollow box channels sized to take and hold the magnetic bars. Each box channel is integral with a V-shaped lip which flexes to seal the door. The box channels are joined by a flimsy member which may be cut to separate the seals. The seal lip is made from a single extrusion and the seal is double lip seal.
