Abstract

A tool for joinery etc., doubling as clamp or wedge, comprises three members, two S shaped and opposing, the third a rectangular rod pinned centrally to one S and passing through a central slot in the other, thus allowing the latter to slide and tilt. Each S is a bar with right angle returns forming jaws, the mobile one having screw jack adjustable jaws. The mobile S wedges on the central rod as its inward or outward facing jaws perform a clamp or wedging action respectively.
