Abstract

The process is particularly for printing on a transparent support in quadrichrome, an Ektachrome or diapositive document being reproduced on the support. The usual order of application of colours to the support is reversed, and the four chrome colours are transferred to a negative. A semi-transparent blank is placed on the transparent zones between the coloured ones, and this blank is tinted so as to obtain, with the aid of the negative a layer of coloured ink over the whole surface of the support.
