Absorbent pad consisting of a piece of folded tissue paper with longitudinal folds or pleats and a sheath in which it is enclosed. Esp. the paper is a single layer and pref.. crepe tissue and the sheath is a single non-woven sheet with a single longitudinal seal and transverse end seals.
