Parent patent describes absorbant wipes made by covering both faces of a flexible mesh with paper or similar absorbent material, then corrugating and embossing the creped sheet. In this addition, a layer of non-woven fabric is substd. for the mesh support. Used for producing disposable wipes of enhanced flexibility. Specifically, the non-woven core fabric is of polyethylene, polypropylene or polyester.
