Abstract

The temp. of the metal tube workpieces is raised as a result of rolling to 200-300 degrees C and after leaving the roll street the workpieces are heated up from this temp. in a final heat treatment to 500-1100 degrees C. A high temp. lubricant is pref. used during cold working.
