Abstract
Hot or reheatable pancakes contain 20-35g flour, 0.5-2g pref. 1g yeast, 0.5-2g pref. 1g salt, 10-20g butter, 20-35g white haricots and water (50g), for product wt. of 100-130g. Aromatic herbs and seasoning (thyme etc) with shrimps etc may be added. The product uses cheap ingredients of pleasant taste and may be stored e.g. for 4-7 days in a fridge.
