Abstract

Hard wheat semolina paste is enveloped in fresh or frozen frying batter, for rapid household use, pref. by oven-heating for 4 min. The paste is pre-cooked in salted water for 10-15 min. then cooled in cold water, machine-covered in batter and fried at 130-160 degrees for 1-3 mins.
