Abstract
Prepn. of viscous and pasty mixtures of foodstuffs from >=2 components, one of which is in the form of fragile pieces or contains constituents present as pieces, esp. the preparation of yoghourt contg. whole fruit, by assembling the components in accurately measured proportions, then submitting these to a mixing operation largely ensuring the integrity of the pieces forming one of the components and then delivering the mixture to the remaining operations i.e. package into containers for sale.
