Abstract

Turbid drinks in the form of a very stable aqueous emulsion are stabilised with condensed or powdered skimmed milk. Emulsion may be of an essential oil, and/or a natural of reconstituted triglyceride oil, flavourings, thickeners, preservatives, polyhydroylated cpds. and fruit juice may be added.
