Abstract

A spread paste comprises natural fruit in some suitable form mixed with opt. chocolated cocao and pectin, and pref. sugar and skimmed milk powder. The fruit is esp. plums which have a high water content and are difficult to form into a powder. The paste is homogeneous and has a novel flavour.
