Fresh cement is mixed with styrene polymer particles and moulded in a closed gas permeable mould for 5 secs-2 hrs. in a steam/air environment to harden the cement at a temp. above the b.p. of foaming agent but lower than m.p. of polymer pref. 95-110 degrees C.
