Abstract

Foodstuff mixer/emulsifier, esp. for prodn. of egg emulsion for use in food esp. biscuit manufacture, has at least two mixer bowls. A small quantity of material is placed in first and emulsified to foamed consistency, then more material is fed from storage and foam overflows into second mixer, placed at lower level. Process is operated continuously and material in last stage overflows into receiver. Electrically driven whisk or stirrers are used in each bowl.
